 Gary Gruver - General Manager
Gary Gruver began his broadcasting career while still in High School in 1969 as a staff announcer for WCTX-FM Palmyra where he remained until 1986. During his time there he was responsible not only for on-the-air announcing, but was also in charge of engineering, commercial production, music selection and programming for the automation system. In 1986, Gary moved to the Philadelphia area where he worked as a repair technician rebuilding broadcast audio equipment and transmitters. In 1991, he moved to Lancaster PA to help a broadcast friend in a related field. In 1996 he was called by Doug Neatrour the then General Manager of WWSM to be Chief Engineer of Pat Garrett's WWSM-AM. Gary was promoted to General Manager of WWSM-AM in 1999 when Doug went on to another radio station. Gary is also a Contract Engineer for Family Stations, and other local radio stations.

Carolyn Gruver - Production Assistant
Carolyn Gruver is the wife of Gary Gruver the General Manager of WWSM-AM. Carolyn had no experience in radio prior to their marriage in 1976 but found herself "backed-into" radio when Gary had emergency oral surgery in 1977. She began working at WCTX-FM as an on the air announcer and board operator on a "fill-in" basis for special events and remote broadcasts. She also worked in the office typing commercial copy, billing and general office duties. She toook time away from radio to raise three wonderful children as the Gruver family grew. When Gary began at WWSM-AM she returned to radio as well and is Gary's right-hand person helping where ever she can in the operations of WWSM.

Susan Sheetz - Account Executive
Susan Sheetz is a twenty five year radio broadcast veteran from the Reading and Berks County area. A former News Director and Radio Automation Technician, Susan brings her Diversified skills to the Advertising and Production Department of WWSM, also handling much of the station’s Public Service programming. A nostalgia preservationist and radio junkie . . .much of Susan’s spare time revolves around a vast Collection of memorabilia . .vintage films and a musical comedy answer to just about any question that comes her way. She is also a mentor to young radio talent and musicians. Best Quote In Life: The lyrics of an old Johnny Mercer song “Accentuate The Positive”.

Michael Raffaele, 39, of Rexmont, is the publisher of the Myerstown Herald, Pine Grove Examiner and the Herald Radio Network. He has served as editor of the Trentonian, the Lebanon Daily News and Philadelphia Metro. He's worked at a variety of news organizations including ABC News.com and the Philadelphia Daily News. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Raffaele was raised in Blooming Grove, N.Y., in Orange County. He has lived in Lebanon County since 2000.
Raffaele is a news addict who extensively reads newspaper and watches cable news. His wife, Martha, is a reporter for the Associated Press in Harrisburg.
